I’m a certified Yin Yoga teacher and Embodied Healing Coach passionate about helping you come home to yourself — gently, slowly, and with compassion.
After years of living in a world that glorifies hustle and productivity, I found myself disconnected from my body and constantly in survival mode.
After having 2 surgeries in under a year, I was forced to slow down and Yin Yoga became my sanctuary — a space to breathe, to listen, and to remember that rest is not weakness; it’s wisdom.
Today, I share this practice to help others regulate their nervous systems, heal their inner child, and embrace the soft life era — one that honors peace, presence, and emotional safety.
